How it works
- Email us with your order number.
- We confirm your return within 24 hours and send you the return instructions.
- Once received, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Statutory rights
Our guarantee is in addition to your legal rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

For hygiene reasons, please try Nuva on clean, dry skin and keep the protective film. This does not affect your guarantee or statutory rights.
